Press and hold down the number "1" button on the phone, then insert the USB cable into the phone. The upgrade utility would start searching for COM Port automatically. Once the COM port is found, it will start to upgrade the firmware. 5. If the COM Port searching is failed after 15 to 30 seconds, please unplug the battery and repeat from step 1. 6. When a popup message shows "Upgrade Compele",it indicates the upgrade process is completed. Please click "Quit" to exit the utility.
